S.P.I.N; LLC stands behind their intimate toys with product Limited warranties. If you're having an issue with a manufactured product covered by a warranty, reach out to the manufacturer directly. You'll likely be asked for registration, a receipt, proof of purchase, or pictures of the item.
Not every product has a warranty
If you need assistance figuring out product specs or warranties, our knowledgeable team is always here to help. We can't provide product warranties, but we want to make sure you get all the info you need. Please reach out to Customer Service if the manufacturer you're looking for isn't on the list.
In the unlikely event of a product failure due to defect in material or craftsmanship, we will replace the items within 30 days. After 30 days the Manufacture will happily replace it with a similar item as per the warranty coverage. There are no refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Be sure to fill out the form or card regarding any warranty that came with your product. Without this, I can't guarantee a replacement.
Valid warranty claims
Warranty claims must be made before the product warranty expires. To make a claim, keep your original purchase receipt — warranty coverage for replacement parts begins from that date.
The warranty only covers faults in manufacturing. Wear and tear, personal choices, misuse, loss, abuse, negligence, or tampering will not be covered.
